At Truth And Hair, we want you to love your locks, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions and accessories must remain in their factory-sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
